Les pièces de la pompe peuvent être optimisées et conçues pour convenir
aux conditions spécifiques d’utilisation.

Les pièces des pompes, qui sont généralement vulnérables aux liquides difficiles
ou aux conditions de fonctionnement particulièrement exigeantes, peuvent être
optimisées et conçues pour des exigences spécifiques.

La famille de pompes centrifuges en ligne verticales multicellulaires Grundfos CR
est utilisée pour l’approvisionnement en eau, le traitement de l’eau et presque
toutes les solutions industrielles, y compris celles pour les liquides à haute pression,
chauds, dangereux, inflammables et agressifs
.

La gamme est complétée d’une nouvelle génération de pompes CR plus robustes (CR 95, CR 125 et CR 155),
offrant une conception hydraulique optimisée pour un rendement énergétique de classe mondiale.

Grâce à leur faible encombrement, ces pompes sont également plus faciles et moins coûteuses
à installer que des pompes comparables.
Les nouvelles pompes CR ont été développées à l’aide d’une conception basée sur la simulation
afin de perfectionner chaque composant et ont été testées sur le terrain dans le monde entier,
de sorte que vous pouvez installer et faire fonctionner la gamme avec une confiance totale.

Les pompes Grundfos CR sont disponibles dans des millions de configurations différentes
à travers quatre modules :

La pompe Grundfos CR ainsi configurée sera testée et certifiée.
Chaque module sera dûment documenté.

La gamme de base des pompes CR est disponible en quatre matériaux différents :

  • ✔︎ 2 Types d’Acier Inoxydable
  • ✔︎ Titane

Treize tailles de débit sont capables de produire jusqu’à 180 m3/h à 50 bar,
avec une variété de joints d’arbre, de matériaux en caoutchouc et de tensions d’alimentation.

Les pièces de la pompe qui sont généralement vulnérables aux liquides difficiles
ou aux conditions de fonctionnement exigeantes peuvent être spécifiquement
optimisée pour votre application.

Les pompes Grundfos CRE, particulièrement efficaces sont équipées d’un convertisseur de fréquence
intégré (CRE) ou des pompes avec un convertisseur de fréquence externe (CUE).
Ces pompes combinent le meilleur de la technologie des pompes avec des moteurs
à haut rendement et des variateurs de vitesse. Vous ne consommerez
jamais plus d’énergie que vous n’en avez besoin.
