The enhanced design of Q-Pumps patented ZP3 is the new industry leader and is setting the standard for positive displacement circumferential piston pump technology.

The ZP3 Series Pumps feature our patented front-loading seal design and CIP-ability – while maintaining maximum efficiency, ease of maintenance, and greater uptime.
Q-Pumps’s seal design eliminates all dead zones in the pump.

The ZP3’s standard combination tungsten carbide and silicon carbide seal configuration generates less heat, promotes longer seal life and is the leader in durability. Other seal options are available for specific applications.
The Q-Pumps ZP3 pumps are equipped as standard with a stainless steel 304 body, stainless steel bearings, 17-4PH steel shafts.
And to ensure a quieter operation, the gears are helical.
The lubrication system is very simple, the lubricant is antimicrobial..
