A Very Innovative Monoblock Vacuum Pump
The Travaini TRMX series is the transfer of all new concepts used in the the Travaini TRVX series on the monoblock pumps execution. The result is an economical pump with outstanding performance and reliability.
Innovative Hydraulic for Better Performance
The new hydraulic profile design allows a performance increase up 10% to 20% compared with previous series. This increases the efficiency and operational cost savings all over the entire pump life, making it a very cost-effective vacuum pump.
Compared with the previous TRMB series, the TRMX is 10% lighter. The volume is 10-20% smaller. These two features allow for a fast and less expensive installation.
Lower Consumption of Sealing Fluid
It offers a maximum flexibility for handling the sealing liquid. In standard conditions, the Travaini TRMX series require up to 40% less sealing fluid flow compared with the previous series, ensuring a big saving in the operating cost.
In applications requiring the possibility to aspirate big quantities of sealing fluid, Travaini TRMX offers version with enhanced sealing fluid flow capability.
Anti-Cavitation Design
It includes an innovative anti-cavitation system derived from the Travaini TRVX series. The injection port is located very close to the suction port improving the highest operational vacuum level and guarantee higher efficiency all over the pump vacuum range. With this solution the pump operational cost is drastically reduced.
Design
Flanges are made out of laser cut inox port. This solution makes the port plate free from wear and the laser cut ports guarantee the execution of the best performing designed profiles.
